Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most items within 30 days from the date of purchase. In order to be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Products must not be on the non - returnable items list (e.g., custom - made items or final sale items).
- The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
Non - Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for returns, including:
- Custom or personalized items
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards

Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at cozycotehq@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: We will review your request and send you instructions on how to return the item. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number.
- Return Shipping: Please package the item securely and include the Return Authorization Number. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or defective.
- Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return requirements.
Refund Process
Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
- If you paid via credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card.
- If you used PayPal, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at cozycotehq@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.
- Please provide clear photos of the damaged or defective product, as well as the packaging, so we can quickly resolve the issue.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the processing time:

- Contact your credit card company or bank as there may be a delay in processing the refund.
